Individual Psychotherapy with Bloom in Color Therapy and Wellness is deeply collaborative, more attuned, and more flexible.
Bloom in Color Therapy and Wellness strive to make therapy accessible and adaptable. Depending on your needs, we can adjust session length, frequency, or structure.
30 mins | $100: A practical check-in for guidance, coping strategies, or short term support (typically for established clients only)
60 mins | $200: Classic, in-depth psychotherapy for exploring patterns, processing emotions, and building long term coping capacity
75 mins | $250 Extended session for deep exploration, intensive processing, EMDR, or combining therapy with skills practice and resourcing
Support Circles
Support Circle are small, grounding spaces where you can breathe, share, and feel held in community. Each gathering is designed to offer co-regulation, gentle emotional processing, and practical support.Support Circles have no more than 4-5 people to keep the space intimate and safe. Support Circles are ideal if you're needing connection and guidance from peers with similar shared experiences. Each circle is co-facilitated by a licensed psychotherapist to ensure safety, warmth, and thoughtful guidance.

Individual therapy offers a deeper, more personalized container for your story and is ideal if you're navigating something specific and want undivided space to move through it. Support Circles offer something different: the quiet relief of being witnessed by others who understand your experience without explanation. Many clients find one, the other, or both hold exactly what they need at different seasons of life.
What can I expect from a Support Circle?

Each circle is a small, intentional gathering of no more than 4-5 people, co-facilitated by a licensed psychotherapist. Support Circles is not considered group psychotherapy. Support circles are more on guided community , a space for co-regulation, gentle processing, and the kind of connection that reminds you that you're not carrying this alone.
Do you offer sliding scale or payment plans?

Depending on availability, sliding scale spots may be offered for individual therapy. Support Circles are priced to remain accessible as a lower-cost, high-connection option
Is therapy with Bloom In Color covered by insurance?
