1:1 Individual Therapy

Individual Psychotherapy with Bloom in Color Therapy and Wellness is deeply collaborative, more attuned, and more flexible. Because Bloom in Color Therapy and Wellness is not contacted with insurance, our work isn’t limited by diagnoses or session quotas. This allows individaul psychotherapy to be deeply personalized and relational, where we can slow down and go deeper to address the roots of long standing patterns. Sessions combine reflective exploration, emotional processing, and practical strategies to help you nabigate life with more ease and presence.

Bloom in Color Therapy and Wellness strive to make therapy accessible and adaptable. Depending on your needs, we can adjust session length, frequency, or structure.

30 mins |  $100: A practical check-in for guidance, coping strategies, or short term support (typically for established clients only)

60 mins |  $200: Classic, in-depth psychotherapy for exploring patterns, processing emotions, and building long term coping capacity

75 mins |  $225  Extended session for deep exploration, intensive processing, EMDR, or combining therapy with skills practice and resourcing

Support Circles

Support Circle are small, groumding spaces where you can breathe, share, and feel held in community. Each gathering is designed to offer co-regulation, gentle emotional processing, and practical support. Support Circles have no more than 4-5 people to keep Support circles are ideal if you are needing connection and guidance from peers with similar shared experiences. Each circle is cofacilitated by a licensed psychotherapist to ensure safety, warmth, and thoughtful guidance.

Perinatal Clinical Consultations

Offered to licensed therapists, associates, and small groups who are seeking thoughtful consultation in their work with perinatal clients and the intersection of neurodivergency and culture. Consultation is collaborative rather than prescriptive, and this offering supports mental health providers in strengtheing their clinical confidence with this unique population while remaining culturally attuned to identity and lived experience.
